Clear as water. Quiet as the thought before it arises. The indoor pool at the Grand Elisabeth is not a place for laps, but for movement for the mind and soul. Light falls on marble. Warmth and tranquility flow through space. Here, the water not only supports the body, but also allows to let go of the unnecessary.

Still water at around 29 degrees Celsius, 25 square meters in size - enough space to simply exist. From 5:00 p.m. onwards, this place of tranquility belongs entirely to adults.

Where heat nestles against wood and time begins to flicker. In the sauna, everything that is not real loses meaning. Warmth that transforms.

Between powerful heat and gentle warmth, the space for inner purification opens up. The Finnish sauna at 90 degrees Celsius has a clear, intense, and liberating effect. The bio sauna at 60 degrees Celsius offers softness, tranquility, and an almost meditative sensation. Two temperatures, one goal: finding your center.

And those who linger can choose: Teas from Bioteaque. Fragrant, warming, soothing. A relaxing experience that continues inside. The sauna area is a retreat for adults and is only accessible from the age of 16.

In harmony with a holistic understanding of body, mind, and soul, the DORISSIMA SPA line ORGANIC ALPS not only combines high-quality care, but also unfolds a profound, holistic effect through finely balanced fragrances, aromas, and colors. All DORISSIMA ingredients are purely natural products – nourishing oils, natural aromas, and colors. This makes DORISSIMA one of the few providers of genuine, sustainable natural cosmetics. An encounter with Erika Pichler, founder of "Noreia Essences," introduced Doris Brugger to the world of Alpine essences. This resulted in some of the most beautiful and powerful color oils. These include alpine rose, sea buckthorn, arnica, mint, gentian, bellflower, and edelweiss – precious plants with extraordinary properties.
The ORGANIC ALPS spa concept is dedicated to the woman who is still admired today as an imperial beauty and royal rebel: Her Majesty Grand Elisabeth! She lived body, mind, and soul, inventing her own beauty rituals and recipes. In Bad Ischl's historic spa pharmacy, original recipes from Empress Elisabeth are still produced using traditional craftsmanship. In collaboration with the spa pharmacy, DORISSIMA ORGANIC ALPS brings these treasures into a modern light and incorporates them into the concept. The concept is also expanded with a collagen chocolate ritual from Zauner of Bad Ischl, known worldwide for its finest chocolates.
