  • By car

    Bad Ischl is easily accessible in the Salzkammergut. From Salzburg you can reach us in about an hour via the B158 and B145. Guests from Vienna follow the Westautobahn (A1) to Regau and then continue via Gmunden and Ebensee towards Bad Ischl. There are no parking spaces available directly at the Hotel Grand Elisabeth.

    However, there is a public underground parking garage with charging stations for electric cars right next to the hotel. You will conveniently be charges via your license plate, replacing the classic parking ticket. The price is € 18 per day (subject to change).

  • By train

    Bad Ischl train station is approx. 1 km from the Grand Elisabeth. There are direct train connections from Salzburg, Attnang-Puchheim and Linz - comfortable and scenic. For onward travel from the train station or airport, a taxi can be booked thorugh the hotel on request.

  • By plane

    The nearest airport is Salzburg (SZG). From there you can get to Bad Ischl either by rental car (approx. 60 min.) or comfortably by train via Attnang-Puchheim. For the onward journey from the train station or airport, a taxi can be ordered through the hotel on request.
